Privacy Policy

Version: 1.7 • Last updated: 2026-10-08

Storm Digital Holdings LLC Series B - Sunday Back ("SundayBack," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit sundayback.app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Email address (when you join the waitlist)
  • Business information (when you use the platform)

We also collect information automatically when you visit our site:

  • Usage data (pages visited, time on page)
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address
  • How you found us, when you join the waitlist: the campaign tags on the link you followed, the website that sent you, and the page where you signed up

2. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your experience. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies (optional) help us understand how visitors use the site. Marketing cookies (optional) are set by advertising tags from LinkedIn and X, and they load only if you switch on Marketing. When they load, LinkedIn and X receive a record of your visit (the page, your IP address, browser information and their own cookie identifiers), which they can match to your LinkedIn or X account if you have one. If you switch on Marketing and then type your email address into a form on our site, X's tag sends X a scrambled (hashed) version of it, so X can match your visit to an X account if you have one. We use this to see aggregated reports about who visits this site (for example, their industry or job function), to measure any ads we run on those platforms, and to build audiences of people who have visited this site, so that any ads we run there can be shown to those people or to people like them. SundayBack shares responsibility with LinkedIn, and separately with X, for collecting this information on our site and sending it to them (the law calls this being joint controllers). What each platform does with it after that is covered by its own privacy policy (LinkedIn, X). Switching Marketing off stops new visit records from being sent, but it doesn't remove you from an audience that has already been built. LinkedIn and X each also offer ad settings in your account with them. If you allow analytics or marketing, your browser first loads Google Tag Manager, a Google script that then runs only the tags for the categories you allowed. Loading it sends your IP address and browser information to Google. You can change or withdraw your choice about SundayBack's own cookies at any time, using the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of this page. Withdrawing stops them from loading on the pages you visit afterwards. It doesn't delete cookies already stored in your browser, which you can clear in your browser settings.

One thing your cookie choice does not currently control: the waitlist signup form on our home page and Break the Chain page is embedded from GrowthFox, and it loads whenever either of those pages loads, whatever you have chosen in the banner or under "Cookie preferences". When it loads, your IP address and browser user-agent are sent to GrowthFox, and it stores information on your device. We are changing this so the embed waits for your choice. Until we have, this is what happens, and we would rather tell you than let your cookie settings imply otherwise.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To send you product updates and waitlist communications
  • To improve our product and website
  • If you switch on Marketing cookies: to see aggregated reports about who visits this site, to measure any ads we run on LinkedIn and X, and to build audiences of site visitors for those ads
  • To understand which campaigns and websites bring people to our waitlist. We record how you found us with your waitlist entry, because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which of our marketing works. We don't send this to any advertising platform, and it's deleted with your waitlist entry.
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. The waitlist signup form on our home page and Break the Chain page is operated by GrowthFox, a separate company that shares a founder with SundayBack. What you enter in it goes directly into GrowthFox's system, and GrowthFox sends the automated emails that follow your signup. We also use providers for hosting, email, payments and site analytics. If you switch on Marketing cookies, advertising tags from LinkedIn and X send them a record of your visit, which we use for reports about who visits, to measure any ads we run on those platforms, and to build audiences for those ads (section 2 explains more).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you ask us to delete your data, we keep a coded record of your marketing consent and of the deletion for 3 years, only to show we had your consent and honoured your request. If you buy a plan, we keep a record of the terms you agreed to at checkout, including how your plan renews, and when you agreed, and a record of each payment and the credits it added to your account. We keep each record for 7 years after the last payment it relates to, even if you delete your account, and use it only to show what you agreed to, and what you received, if a payment is questioned.

Change log

Version 1.7 (2026-10-08). Sections 1 and 3 now say that, when you join the waitlist, we record how you found us (the campaign tags on your link, the website that sent you and the page you signed up on) and why.

Version 1.6 (2026-10-08). Section 4 now lists email among the services our providers supply for us, alongside hosting, payments and site analytics. Section 6 now says that, if you buy a plan, we keep a record of what you agreed to at checkout and of your payments, and for how long, even if you delete your account.

Version 1.5 (2026-10-05). Editorial: brand name normalized to SundayBack; registered entity name added to the introduction; no change to data practices; page title em dash removed.

Version 1.4 (2026-10-05). Section 6 now says that, if you ask us to delete your data, we keep a coded record of your marketing consent and of the deletion, and for how long.

Version 1.3 (2026-10-05). Section 4 no longer describes forms on our guide pages (web addresses starting sundayback.app/lm/), because those pages have been taken down and no longer collect any information.

Version 1.2 (2026-10-05). Sections 2, 3 and 4 now say that, if you switch on Marketing cookies, we use the LinkedIn and X tags to see reports about who visits this site and to build audiences of visitors for any ads we run on those platforms, as well as to measure those ads, and that we share responsibility with LinkedIn and with X for collecting that information. Section 2 also now says that, if you have switched on Marketing and type your email address into a form on our site, X's tag sends X a scrambled (hashed) version of it. Anyone who switched on Marketing before this change is asked to choose again.

Version 1.1 (2026-09-29). Section 1 no longer describes IP addresses as anonymized. Section 2 now explains how to change or withdraw your cookie choice using the "Cookie preferences" link, and that the GrowthFox signup form loads whatever you choose. Section 4 now names GrowthFox, which runs the waitlist signup form on our home page and Break the Chain page and sends the automated emails that follow signup, in place of ActiveCampaign, says that the forms on our guide pages are SundayBack's own, names the LinkedIn and X advertising tags, and no longer says our providers are contractually required to protect your data. Section 2 now describes the optional marketing cookies set by the LinkedIn and X tags, and that allowing analytics or marketing loads Google Tag Manager.

Version 1.0 (last updated March 2026). The policy as it stood before this change log began.
