What does "usage" mean?
Usage is the amount of work your agents can do for you, measured the same way on every plan, and your plan sets how much you get.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Every plan can be billed yearly at ten times the monthly price, which is 2 months free.
If more departments open later, does my price change?
No. Your price holds for as long as you stay subscribed to your plan. Departments added later aren't included in it, and you can't add or remove a single department. If you move to a different plan, you pay that plan's price at the time.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are tax-exclusive; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
I'm in the EU or UK. Do I have a withdrawal right?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and get that payment back in full. Just email [email protected]. No reason needed.
